Your privacy is important to us at StoneClash LLC. Therefore, we have constructed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Mobile Analytics

We use mobile analytics software in some of the mobile applications we offer to enable us to better understand the functionality of our mobile application on your device. The software may record information such as how often you use the application, certain events that occur within the application, aggregated usage data, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you might submit within the mobile application.

Third Party Services

Our services may contain third party tracking tools from our service providers (i.e., Google Analytics). These third party tracking tools may use cookies, APIs, and SDKs in our services to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, IMEI, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), geo-location information, MAC address and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the use of tracking tools from third parties. We do not have access or control over these third parties.

Ad Networks

We may feature advertising within our mobile applications. The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your session activity, device identifier, IMEI, geo-location information, MAC address and IP address. They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you.

How We Use Information

We use information collected through our game for purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may use your information to:

• operate and improve our game and levels;

• understand you and your preferences to enhance your experience and enjoyment using our game;

• respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;

Disclosure of Your Information

StoneClash LLC does not share or sell your personal information except as approved by you or as described below:

• With your consent, for example, when you agree to our sharing your information with other third parties for their own marketing purposes subject to their separate privacy policies. If you no longer wish to allow us to share your information with third parties, please contact us at support@stoneclash.com. If you no longer wish to receive such communications from third parties, please contact that third party directly.

• StoneClash LLC may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or a financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. You will be notified via email and/or notice on our site of any change in ownership or users of your personal information.

• We may share aggregate or anonymous information about you with advertisers, publishers, business partners and other third parties.

If any customer using an app which incorporates the use of the Google Analytics service (such as Ding Pai) is under the age of 13 or allows such persons to use the app, please disable Analytics with the in-app toggle switch, use the Google opt-out page, or use both. If you believe that Google Analytics might have any collected information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact Google.

Where applicable, the “Analytics” toggle switch for an app will disable analytics for the app once the app has been quit and relaunched (Settings | {application name} | Analytics: OFF).
